Correct, Bubba. But all of my research indicates ALL old Land Rovers leak a little. Feature not a bug.
Pep boys sell a mat that works (and looks) better than cardboard. They also sell a degreaser called “Purple Stuff” or something like that – in a purple bottle. Lifts the oils drips out of the garage floor.
I thought yours had been completely rebuilt which should mean new gaskets, filters etc.
